Feige the drum filling manufacturer based in Hamburg has refined the quality and content of the on-line experience when conducting a remote FAT for their customers who have been unable to travel since last March.

One of Springvale’s Feige customers Venator has just completed the “remote” FAT of their drum filling line in Feige’s factory, including a video visualisation of the complete conveying system.

This provided the opportunity for multiple people to “attend” the FAT at a time that suited them which in fact proved more convenient and time efficient than a group of people having to leave their work place to travel to Germany, we missed the opportunity to enjoy some good beer and a dinner but otherwise this new way of working proved to be very convenient for the customer who are delighted with the line that has now arrived safely in the UK.
