With Langen’s factory full of interesting builds, we draw your attention to the “VENTO” continuous motion horizontal cartoner.

The latest build features a smart multiple belt infeed system bringing in sachets of powder from 4 upstream lanes at 100/min in conjunction with additional infeed from 2 separate sauce pouch units. Result = 1 sachet + 1 pouch cartoned at 400/min.

Running at this speed this cartoner also features a fully automatic carton magazine loading system providing a buffer capacity of 30 minutes.
