ADVANCED LINE - SEMI AUTOMATIC

Series 20 is the Advanced Line range of semi-automatic filling equipment that is the centrepiece of a filling line with large conveyor system and further peripheral equipment. The filling equipment with extensive product file offers all the main functions that you might expect of gravimetric fillers. Well-proven components from the Feige modular system have been used, such as the precision manufactured filling valve with minimum dead space and quick change connector.

  • Below-surface filling with lance raise by weight, below-bunghole filling or above-surface filling
  • 255 filling parameters for different products can be generated
  • Control of customer’s product pump or pilot valve is included
  • Fully electro-mechanical scale base with four stainless steel load cells
  • Any number of drive units can be controlled
  • Driven roller conveyor can be installed on the scale platform
  • The roller conveyor on the weigh scale can simultaneously be used as collecting basin
  • Appropriate product hose with dedicated suspension available
  • Also available in stainless steel design
  • Solutions available for filling:
  • Small containers 1 to 30 kg or 3 to 60 kg
  • 200 liltre drums
  • 1000 litre IBC’s
  • Or a combination of the above
