REVO-S ROTARY MONOBLOC FILL/CAP

A range of rotary monobloc filling/capping machines operating on a continuous motion basis for high speed applications, able to apply more than one style of cap to a container eg: pouring spout + screw cap by using 2 capping turrets

Container range is 100ml up to 5 litres output is dependent on the number of filling and capping heads on each turret.

Maximum Output:

• 600cpm on a 1 litre container
• 150cpm on a 5 litre container

Operating on a weigh fill basis with one scale per filling head, either in gross weight or net weight mode. Statistical checking and recording of data.

Suitable for Weights & Measures approval to avoid the need for in-line check weighing.

Patented fully automatic “clean & play” system allows a complete and thorough clean in place without any operator intervention and using the minimum amount of effluent in the process for even the most challenging products such as paint and agrochemicals.

Capping by brushless electric motor with torque control now available in ATEX version.
