FILLING SINGLE DRUMS

Series 80 is the Advanced Line range of drum fillers:

Type 84 with 4 stations working in parallel is designed for the high speed and fully automatic and calibrated filling of drums. Empty drums are automatically positioned and de-bunged. At the same time, an open drum is filled in the filling station and a filled drum is closed in the closing station. A chain conveyor moves the drums one by one through the filler and feeds them to the working stations. To increase the output, a pre-filling station can be integrated in the 2nd cycle which transmits the tare weight to the final filling station and starts filling the drum in fast fill.

Type 86 with 6 working stations is designed for the high speed and fully automatic and calibrated filling of drums. Two empty drums are automatically positioned and de-bunged one after the other. At the same time, two open drums are filled in parallel in the filling stations and two filled drums are closed one after the other in the closing station. A chain conveyor moves the drums alternately in single and double cycle through the filler and feeds them to the working stations.

Essential accessories are drip collecting or drip extraction, gas exhaust, even directly at the bunghole, overflow signals, collecting basins, earthing devices, integrated drain funnels (CIP), inert gas purging, leakage test, overpressure bunging and pressure surges reducing system.
