• A de-stacker unit that can simultaneously de-stack up to 8 buckets per cycle
• An infeed conveyor that can store 8 stacks of buckets
• An ultra-fast format changeover with any setting
• Output up to 40 buckets per minute.
• Lid de-nesters with storage for 6 stacks
• A de-stacker system for lids via a rotary arm with vacuum grippers
• Lid positioning system & lid pressing rollers
