A range of extremely compact rotary machines operating on a continuous motion basis.

Occupying a floor space of 1.5m x 1.9m depending on the range of containers to be run which dictates the pitch of the machine and number of filling heads.

Container range is 250ml up to 25 litres

Typical Output:

• 40cpm on a 5 litre container
• 25cpm on a 25 litre container

Operating on a weigh fill basis with one scale per filling head.

Suitable for Weights & Measures approval to avoid the need for in-line check weighing.

Complete format change (new container & cap) in less than 30 minutes.

Patented dual head vertical capping in the outfeed star-wheel ensures high efficiency and a lower price than a traditional capping turret.
